If you noticed that you are getting quite a number of bounced back messages (which is Not Spam emails) from servers that you never sent an email to, and you knew that you did not send those emails or enabled the auto-responders of the mailbox itself, please write to us at support@rapidcloud.sg for immediate advisory suggestion/advise on which and how to act on the matter. This may be a sign that your email account password has been guessed or being compromised within your Personal Computers (PC) and it may be the right time to have the email password changed immediately. If you do change them yourself, please DO NOT use simple email password. You may drop us an email so we can reset the password for you. Please include an alternate email account in the loop which we could delivers the new password to you after it has been changed.
