The SMARTERMAIL Email Server is designed to control stricter and stronger email password policies as to minimize mailbox password being guessed too easily and being used by spambot for any non-legitimate spamming act. As such, the given password were quite strong. We would like your full corporations to ensure that your mailbox password is complex and not too simple in the event that you may have decided to have it changed in near future. The email password must at least be 7 characters, with mixes of at least 1x Alphabet, 1x Number and 1x symbol preferably any characters which DOES NOT resembles any characters similar to the email address itself.

For maximum protection and security of your email experiences with our Email Servers, you are required only to use only licensed Email products within your Computers. It is also best to at least have the Personal Computer (PC) protected with a reliable or at least a licensed Antivirus protections is installed to monitor the activity within the Personal Computers to prevent and avoid any malicious Trojans and virus attacks which may compromise the account passwords.

Avoids using those high end Antivirus “Security Suites” or “Internet Security Suites” as these security programs may be too heavy with your Personal Computers (PC) and it might causes the email delivery or receiving to fail all the time. A basic Antivirus Software with System Shield and Web shield will be sufficient.
